Meet Amanda
You’re in the thick of it. On the outside, you might be holding it all together. Inside,
you’re wondering, “Why did no one tell me about this?”.
Let’s create a safe, structured space so you can work through anxiety, depression, and
life stress. You bring your real life and honest truth. I’ll bring a listening ear, some
mental health information, practical strategies, and a little humor. Let’s work through this
together and figure out who you want to be on the other side.
I have a special passion for supporting folks experiencing mental health struggles
during infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and new motherhood. So, if that’s you, know
you are not alone, and you’re in the right place!
You deserve support to stretch and grow into the next version of yourself. Click below,
and let’s see if we’ll make good partners for the journey.

I believe…
your voice matters in every room you walk into,
no one actually knows how to fold a fitted sheet,
cereal tastes better at night,
choosing yourself isn’t selfish,
your feelings are not problems to solve, but signals to listen to,
your body remembers what your mind forgets,
and compassion is the antidote for shame.
