Meet Julia

Living with a disability or chronic illness can feel lonely, but you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.

I’m Julia, a therapist with a deep passion for mental health and advocacy, shaped by my own experiences as part of the disabled and chronically ill community.

I know what it’s like to face a world that isn’t always accessible and to have your emotional needs overlooked while others focus only on physical symptoms. This drives me to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel truly heard and valued.

I love working with people facing eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, health worries, depression, or relationship struggles, as well as caregivers and those with chronic illnesses.

Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and find ways to move forward that feel right for you. My goal is to support you in rediscovering hope in your life.

I believe everyone deserves love, acceptance, and care—no matter their gender, sexuality, race, religion, or abilities.

Drawing from both my academic knowledge in Psychology and Social Work, as well as my personal journey with Charcot Marie Tooth and Type 1 diabetes, I strive to provide holistic care and guidance.

Julia Beron, LCSWA

I believe…

you were put on this planet for a reason,

you always deserve a sweet treat no matter what,

food is fuel, eat what you crave,

you are meant to be imperfectly perfect,

it’s okay to buy a $5 iced coffee daily,

and 99% of the time, the book is better than the movie.
