Does life feel overwhelming in a way that’s hard to explain? Maybe your brain never slows down, or focusing feels impossible. Maybe you feel deeply but struggle to put it into words. Or maybe you've spent so much time adapting to what others expect that you aren’t sure who you really are. If you've always felt a little different—like the world wasn’t built with you in mind—you’re not alone.

Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, identity exploration, body image struggles, or just trying to figure out where you fit, you deserve a space where you don’t have to mask, shrink, or explain yourself. My approach is affirming, collaborative, and tailored to you. We’ll go at your pace, exploring strategies to help you feel more in control, more connected, and more at home in yourself.

I integrate person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and polyvagal approaches, blending mindfulness, breathwork, and practical tools to help with focus, emotions, relationships, and self-trust. As someone who values social justice and systemic awareness, I know the unique challenges that come with being LGBTQ+, feeling “different,” or struggling with the pressures placed on bodies and identities. Here, you don’t have to fit into any mold—this space is yours to explore, heal, and grow into the version of life that feels right for you.

I believe…

you are who you choose to be,

you are capable of challenging things,

mess is neutral,

you are enough, exactly as you are,

music is best cranked to 11,

and cheesy horror movies are part of a balanced diet.
