My approach is affirming, collaborative, and tailored to you. We’ll go at your pace, exploring strategies to help you feel more in control, more connected, and more at home in yourself.

I integrate person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and polyvagal approaches, blending mindfulness, breathwork, and practical tools to help with focus, emotions, relationships, and self-trust. As someone who values social justice and systemic awareness, I know the unique challenges that come with being LGBTQ+, feeling “different,” or struggling with the pressures placed on bodies and identities.
